Goldberg Family Law Mediation

Goldberg Family Law Mediation helps families (heterosexual and LGBTIQ+) with all parenting and financial arrangements and issues arising from relationship breakdowns. Our focus is to help parents, former partners and carers to resolve or narrow issues in dispute, to avoid or end protracted and often costly litigation, and to build positive post-separation co-parenting relationships.

We facilitate:

• Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) under the Family Law Act 1975; and
• Mediation under the National Mediation Accreditation Scheme.
