Requesting a Refund for Your OurFamilyWizard Subscription

To request a refund for your first-time OurFamilyWizard subscription, follow the steps below based on your purchase method. Please make sure to request the refund within 30 days of your purchase. No refunds will be granted after the initial 30 days have passed.

Note, we do not support refunds for subscription renewals.

If you purchased your subscription via OurFamilyWizard.com.au:​ You can submit a refund request using the form below.

If you purchased your subscription via Google Play Store:Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Google Play Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Google.

If you purchased your subscription via Apple App Store:Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. You'll need to request a refund directly through Apple.
