Our Presenters
Honourable Justice Strickland was appointed as a Judge of the Family Court of Australia in 1999 and has been the Head of the Appeal Division since 2019. Justice Strickland is the Director (and President) of Australian Chapter Association of Family and Conciliation Courts since 2015.
Kirstie Colls is an Accredited Family Law Specialist. She is a special counsel in the Family Law team at Barry.Nilsson. Kirstie specialises in matters such as complex parenting issues and international and domestic child relocation law. Kirstie is also the treasurer and board member of AFCC Australian Chapter.
